This book is just what the title states, a playbook for one's life. Cumby lays out several key practices that truly successful people do everyday. The book makes you think about your path and how your actions can facilitate or impede goal attainment. I've read many self-help books but this one appealed to me because there is no fluff. You will find a nugget on every page to help you put your life in high gear. The use of journals in one's life is something I've used in the past but Cumby really drives that point home and reminds us the important of writing. Thanks Mr. Cumby, Job Well Done.

Usually, the thought of changing the way that you think about yourself and relate to life can be somewhat intimidating, but Christopher's book is easy to pick up, positive and will leave you excited about making changes in your life! And the best part is it actually provides all of the tools needed to reap the benefits of personal growth. Its tone is always positive, uplifting and inspiring!
